I am sorry but the ways of support you have listed are not 24/7 Support. E-mail is unreliable if the server is down, msn only 1 person can be logged on, and my idea is that it would be your msn. Therefore only when you are logged online will I get live support.

Well if my server dose go down the data center will fix it asap and i have someone else that looks after my server too so its ot a prob, and i am usally online i am online 24/7 on the weekend and from
7am till 8am then 6pm till 12pm on weekdays, and maybe a little in between. There has never been a problem with the server since i have bought it so i dont see why there would be in the future.

are you looking for cpanel specifically? There are plenty of solutions based on the hsphere control panel and to me it sounds like you are going to be in this for the long haul and may have actually put some thought into it (a breath of fresh air indeed :) ).

With hsphere you are able to offer windows, linux, cold fusion, mssql hosting, etc. with the proper provider

You cant be 24/7 on weekends "-_- 24/7 means 24 hours a day... 7 days a week n if u leave for an hour... then its not 24/7 lol

Why don't you want a ticket system? If you call/IM you'll need to open an additional ticket so that there is a paper trail

i think he's gone? anyway, the only hosts that have 24/7 support are the ones with centers in India, Eastern Europe, China .etc who dont know english and half of them dont even know how many mb's there are in a gb .etc so, its better to go with hosts like us that dont do the above but are just plain american or european hosts with up to 10 support staff :)
