First, I am looking for a Webhost that can host a proxy service, not a normal website. If your server cannot take it, don't bother with an offer. Also, I will be running PHProxy script on the website so it may increase your server load. I am looking to keep my budget as low as possible. My website used 17GB of bandwidth for may2006. VPS offers are welcome too.

Requirements
Diskspace: 100MB
Bandwidth: 30GB minimum
Parked Domain: 1

Even the past unpleasant experiences, I would say $12 and lower if possible.

I would grab a small vps for your needs. Shared and proxies is usually not the best combo

I have to agree too but budget is a problem. I cannot go with a VPS as I have not break even yet.

Anyone willing to give me a shot? VPS offers are welcome as well. I will be looking to see if I can get a small VPS that has cPanel. I don't have much experience with VPS so I may need some help at first.

However one thing to note is there hosting does not come with a control panel you will have to install one yourself, like vhcs
