Tutorial CMS

Hi all, I've been looking around for a tutorial cms so that I could have people submit tutorials to the site and they can be categorised, a bit like what good-tutorials etc use but can't seem to find any good one, I found a tutorial for a one but once I finished making it the script didn't work...

So, does anyone here know of a good one?

Would you want something like hostscripts? But you can change the folders/directories, etc.
