I uploaded my 1.3.1 database through phpmyadmin and pretty much everything looked good. All the posts, catergories, forums and everything were there along with the members.

Even though it had the members posts and everything the statistics at the bottom of the page still said that I had 1 member, which was me, and the newest registered member was me.:eek2:

Can someone please tell me what I might have done wrong?:confused4

Can you post a link of your forum please? &, you should have uploaded the forum via. FTP. Would have been easier, and maybe would have saved you from this problem. Anyways, yes. Can you post the link?

He uploaded a mySQL backup via phpmyadmin, not uploaded the board via FTP :S.

Oh, I see. I read it wrong then. Hmm, did you upload all the data? Is their some files/data you didn't upload?

No I have uploaded the board and I have 1.3.1 installed, etc. Then I went to phpmyadim and imported the data from a text file which has all my data on it. All of it showed up normally with the loss of some avatars, nothing major really.

Although, at the bottom with the registartion statistics it still says I have only 1 member, me, and 1 post.:confused4

I will post a pic soon.

Check the databse section corresponding to emmeber info. Then manually edit it.


you should have uploaded the forum via. FTP.

I was thinking of it. IS that possible to restore the backup from your server directly to a DB.

Mods please close this....I found it out....

After more searching in the ACP i found an option to do a recount of posts,memebers, etc. and my update info appeared. :) :) :)

I guess you could keep this open for reference to ppl.

Thanks for the efforts though guys.
