5gb storage + 10GB band for < $50 AUD/yr

Hi, i want to find a host that will give me approximately;
3 to 5 Gb of space
10GB Bandwidth per month

with all the cpanel stuff for

Less than $50 a year

and if all possible domain rego too (can pay extra for that)

Prefer a .com / .au for 15 AUD /yr
