Here is what i will be doing on it.

Selling Reselers
Hosting Game servers
selling shared hosting


Some things i need are

Cpanel
Fast support
ability to use cmd and console
ability to instal programs onto it and use them


I need a reasonable ammount of space / bandwith

Would like to spend less then 80 for it a month

You won't get a server for that price. Expecially if you want it managed, and want quality. Try up'ing your budget 50$-100$ per month.

Yeah, you shouldn't use cPanel if you're going to with hosting GameServers. But, if you want to host shared hosting, resellers, etc. Yeah cPanel is great.

Cpanel does have a gaming mod you can add on to cpanel to allow you to run a hosting and gaming server efficently. I have never used it, but I know I have seen information about it on cpanel's forums. I would not recommend serving web hosting and games from the same server, but if I had to I would check that add on out.

$100 is not enough for a stable dedicated server, you need to up your budget. btw what type of server do you need? How much data transfer and space do you expect to use?
