Forum Rules?

I have spent 10minutes or more looking for the general forum rules. There is NO link in the UserCP, NO link in the Quick Links, NO link anywhere on the main forum page.

How do expect people to comply with the rules when you make it so extraordinary hard to find the rules?

I would say most of those rules apply to all forums/threads.

The rules are listed as the first thread at the top of every single forum. I'll add a link to it from the frontpage too.

How does one miss the big announcement at the top of every forum? :p

It's been there forever... but on that note, perhaps they could use some updating/revising at some point.
