-512MB of RAM or More
-100mbps connection

What quality of bandwidth do you need? All Cogent (as dediwebhost) or better? (Or even good?)

What about hard disks? Other requirements, such as remote reboot...?
Are you willing to consider DirectAdmin with Installatron?

No frills all coget should be around $80, quality around $110 for a decent celeron.
