A little too free with Warn Points

Let me first say that I really like this forum, and am in no way trying to complain, or start a huge heated discussion here!

I just got a PM saying that I had been given 5 points because of a post I made in the offers section. In the thread the user had requested 300mb of disc space. I offered the only package we have that is not below that, which was a 512mb package. While I do understand that you cannot make rediculous offers, like for instance I knew not to offer our 1gb package, I do think there should be a little broader window.
I can see being warned for going way over, and agree with the rule. But, 212MB over! Isn't that a little rediculous.:confused4

I got the same warning, I couldn't understand why I was warned for that but I'm just happy I can still use this forum.

Ya, as I said, it seems they have gone a little "warn" happy. I was just looking through the requests section, and noticed that most of the posts were offers for more then what was requested.
I do understand the rule, and am not disputing it, but I think issuing warn pionts over 212mb extra is wrong.

How far over was the bandwidth though?

You asked him if you could pay with pizza and other stupid questions. Obviously you are not interested in what he's offering so then you are not allowed to reply. Take a moment to read the rules. Not sure how many times I've told you that by now.
