Hey guys,

I'm working on a project (strictly UK only).
http://swapmedia.co.uk/design/index.html
I'd like some constructive criticism on the design / site in general.

Please note that nothing will work as we are working on the coding of the site somewhere else. Only other page that works is http://swapmedia.co.uk/design/more.html

A lot of people don't like the green too much. What are your thoughts on this?

Thanks,

TM

NB: Me & StaticHost are working on this together, so if he replies dont be confused :)

It looks good! The logo looks great at the moment, but i'm not a huge fan of the green, too bright. Maybe a bit darker, just a touch! Might just be me. :)

Yeah the logo up there is the new one. Bit darker green? I'll try it out and see what it's like.

not all the text is scalable in MSIE. (view > text size > larger/largest > partial results)

i like the design though... i might have became a member if it was more clear exactly what it's about. all i understood was it's about "swapping points" ?

Hey Birmingham,

Of course we want out site to be accessable to all, so I'll look into getting that fixed.

Note that the site isn't open to the public yet. If you live in the UK, basically you swap unused media that you own (games, dvds, music cds) to get points, then use these points to get fresh media from other users.

Saying that there is too much green would be an understatement. You should really use a darker color for horizontal lines and headlines. Other than that, I like the clean design, easy to read (minus all the green).
