Requesting VPS or 1/2 Dedicated

This may sound funny a host reqesting from another host. Times have moved on and I am starting up a new host and service. Paul's host is being sold off. I am requesting either a 1/2 dedicated (if possible) VPS (better price fit) or dedicated (prob. impossible) my stating budget is $50 a month via paypal or bank transfer.

The package must include cPanel and server management is not really required.

Please post your best fit package. I dont need extras like billing script, advertising credit or domain as I can get this my self.

Must be a reliable host that has been up and running for a while.

Starting to redesign and getting everything ready for a big opening.

Another point I want to make is that people put down hosts that are on resellers. Resellers are just starter plans (as how I started). 1st I was on a cheap resellers slowly growing to a better reseller now to a dedicated. Without the resellers I would not be here today. Also all resellers are not bad and all resellers do not provide bad service It depends on what you are paying for it and the person on the other end.

Could you guide me what is the place where a 1/2 dedicated server or dedicated server which is cheap is available.

I am wanting to place a webbased application which shall have to use MySql as a database and also Jboss.
