The problem is, I don't NEED a server with a max of 300 users. just 100-150.

But I do need Services.

Do the servers come with services install or does it have a panel where you can pick what service to instlal like Nickserv or something?

I guess i'll go with sh3lls because i've heard nothing but good reviews about them.
