the site it self looks pretty ok but the design is lacking

the biggest problem with your design is its colors none of them go together well

id suggest using a color schemer

My opinion, you may сhange the colour spectrum.

looks good.
the banner at the top is very nice.
at many places on your site content boxes, the links "sign up" and some other links doesnt look like links at all and are like ordinary text, unless we move our mouse over them.

any suggestion on how we can get that traffic? LOL

we tired adbrite, adengage, and even adsense, but no good. we get the clicks, but no one signs up.

Well the site is pretty good, loading time is well, the banner is nice.
I think you should add more content to your site. Rest all is good.

What kind of content should i add to a game site? Links about other games? I'm sorry i dont really understand what you mean by content really.
