Hi,
I would like to know about the new web development techniques, which I want to implement to our site. We ve to redesign our site with more effective way and increase the visibility. We ve the idea to exchange the link between other sites with minimum PR2 and how can we increase our PR with very short time. What all are the new techniques we can apply here, any idea about this share with us too...

unlikely. getting known on the internet can take months,
years, and for most never....you have to constantly be
working your site, links, seo.. and then there is no
guartantee...

Overclockin = make your hardware perform exactly as AMD and Intel don't want you too, in the hope that next time you will buy the more expensive chip...

not even a little bit, I have an £80 processor that performs as a £600....

just an explanation of the word, nothing more, nothing less....
