Restoring A Backup

OK I am restoring a backup using BigDump but when I get to the part where I have to FTP my dump file which is a .sql file it always fails to transfer. The size of the file is only 9 mb but it still fails to transfer. It will upload for a little while but eventually will say that it failed to transfer.

Anyone know way I can get my file uploaded? Do I have to change some settings in FlashFXP?

Maybe because of the file format, maybe if you can change the file maybe then it will be a sucessful transfer. Or maybe your FTP access/connnection isn't correct/working.

Maybe it is the format.....I will try and change it to a .txt and see if it will work...
