I made a new design for my portfolio/project service. Im just wondering what everyone else thinks of it. I custom made the blogging system then integrated my design. The only part of the website that doesn't have the same design is the forums since my friend is managing them.

you have given the welcome message at the bottom.
i dont understand what your site about.
there need to be some introduction or description at the beginning.
is it about php or about css?
