Hello

I would like shoutcast hosting with these specs:

at least 24kbits/sec bitrate
at least 50 listeners
some kind of controlpanel like scpanel
Payment by paypal

Hmm, your best option is to go with shoutcasti.info. They can provide you with;

32 Plus | 50 listeners | 32 bitrate | 4.50 USD
64 Lite | 50 listeners | 64 bitrate | 4.99 USD
www.shoutcasti.info

I'm pretty sure they're still accepting new shoutcast servers.
