I know there are tons and tons of free content management scripts on hotscripts, but I don't have the time to try them all, so which have you used and liked?

What's important

1)It has to be really easy (and fast!) to make any page in any design dynamic

2)Changing a page should be as easy a changing a word document (pictures etc)

3)If it's possible it also has to come in several languages (dutch, english), because not all my users understand english that well
(this isn't that important)

Hope you can help me

Use Wordpress, it is a blogging system which doubles as a CMS. You can create pages which are very easily chnaged and the WYSIWYG editor is just like word, you can insert pictures easily etc. You can get wordpress hosted for free, at wordpress.com, or the download at wordpress.org

I would say Etomite... It's the easiest CMS that I ever use. Easy to integrate and easy to edit. But I think the language english only, have to check their forum.

I'm quite happy with MKPortal. One of the best I've used. But no, it's not simple to install, or to administrate. It has WYSIWYG editors in both administration, and user applications. Many, many modules. Ability to write internal pages and modules and blocks in PHP, HTML, or BBcode. Its at www.mkportal.it Many languages, I think 22 so far. Will accept PHPBB, SMF, and VB forums to be built into it.

Another nice one is E107. Though I haven't used it much. I think its at www.e107.org

If you're a good webdesigner and you know how to do php, then I highly recommend cutenews (http://cutephp.net). You can easily integrate it into your design! But if you want premade templates than go with mkportal or wordpress if you're going for soemthing like a blog!

Are all of these CMSes SEO friendly. Can the users do Meta tags with no issues?
WordPress has been on the rise. Would the site look normal with word press if you do not want it to look link a blog
