Hello People,

I really need to find some good billing script I know about clientexec but I also need a one which would allow to use credit cards so that If someone setsup a hosting it can be bought using not only PayPal but just a normal credit card... how is this possible? Can someone give me any other scripts or tell me if its possible with clientexec? And are there any better scripts?

It is possible with any major billing software, including ClientExec, but you need a merchant account with your bank or some financial institution if you want to handle credit cards on your own.

Try signing up for 2Checkout. They will process credit cards for you.

I was gonna say that...now I have nothing to say........

xcept, ppl can pay with paypal without registering and still pay with their credit card...so is it really worth it...

I know for me, if I go "shopping" online, I'm much happier to see a paypal sign rather than just a visa or mastercard sign, even though I pay with a visa, I still prefer to use paypal to do it, even if they charge me a few pence, the services that paypal offer for protection against fraud are superior compared to some banks even....people in general like paypal, it's well known.

So I had something after all......

So what do they exactly do? If i singup with them and people order hosting from me and they pay using a Credit Card via 2Checkout it will automatically send me the money to my credit card? And do I have to pay to signup?

Oh and is there any script which allows solo & switch? or at least solo credi cards... ?

That's what I'm saying there is no need, you can make payments with credit cards and debit cards with paypal without having a paypal account.

I have it set up so that 2CO sends me a wire to my bank account. You can set it up so that it sends checks, too. 2CO costs $49 to set up and there's a slightly larger fee than Paypal, but compared to the cost of opening a merchant account with your bank (which you will need to do with any billing software if you don't use a gateway like 2CO), $49 isn't too bad.

its one time fee so its good but wait dont they send money directly to cc? how do i do wire transfer? do they work in uk?

no, u can't, someone pm'd me, and I looked again, I'm either grosly mis-informed, or paypal stopped that particular service....sorry bout that....
