You can listen to Shoutcast streams through Windows Media Player, if this is what you require. We offer a range of Shoutcast packages at http://www.hartserver.net/shoutcast.php and we could also assist you with setting it up and implementing it into Windows Media Player.

If you don't require this method, then you'll be looking at a slightly more expensive Windows Media Server.

Our shoutcast is not official yet...but we are nearly ready to launch(Just getting a page with shoutcast offers done :))

As hartserver stated, that is a method I can provide. We have a control panel aswell on which you can start and stop the server, order more slots or bitrate .etc. It is user-friendly and sleek.
