drop down menu and iframe

Hi there,

Is it possible to make the pop up menu display over iframe? Like this:

I mean write the js by hand, not with any app. Then I will decide whether to use iframe or not.

Yes it is possible. to write it by hand but, it will take a long time. At least for me. I am still learning Java. If you want you can do it with css. Just a suggestion. Good luck!
