vBulletin Version 3.5.4 easy question

just a quick one guys
i am trying to post in a vBulletin Version 3.5.4 forum and wanted to include some things like centered text / bold text / color text and such but they have html disabled ...

is there a way a could still do this ?

bbcode is used on most forum software, basically you replace <> with [].

When you open a new topic or reply, the tools are above the message box.

Also, it doesn't help if you put the same message in 2 forums.
