I want to place a random baner ads(auto maticaly change each time page refresh) in my site.Can anyone pls help me with the code?

Is it rule that if I have a vBulletin board then I should get a Paid web hosting.
I buy the vbulletin software in leased(1 year) if all goes right then I will buy a paid hosting.I hope it clear all doubt in mind.And one more thing the moderator delete my thread(Riview my forum) don't know why.......may be your reply forsed them to clear the thread........if it is true then it is bad.

its not bad man! am only asking my doudts ... because u have money for buy a paid hosting service so why you trying with free hosts....... me asking any wrong? Am no thinking it was!
