Are you a namecheap sales rep?

Yes, but namecheap needs your address, etc.
Moreover, Paypal and Credit card are not anonymous payments.

Nope, I just like to sound like it for the companies I like and use, namecheap, skype, etc. Also, how do you expect to accept payment annonymously? If the government asked you who someone was that bought a domain, you have their paypal, their email in which your telling them the details, the FWS username etc. So unless you own the very expensive registar license and are doing it yourself (the customer) and plan to lie to the government, there is no real way to be annonymous. Also e-gold cna be easily traced to IP, or the name you signed up there.
