I heard mixed reviews from them, especially while the owner (I think he was?)was actually on these forums, but since he was banned it seems like all the reviews are bad... I don't know...

I went to their site a few times and all I saw were forums. No order software or (quality) static website. I was considering a product from them, but I have to say that their website immediately gave me the impression of a webhost that would be like you described.

Not sure but we have picked up a couple of their customers as of late. I would guess you are not the only having the issue.

Hmm, when I was with them, I had the same problem you are currently having but my response from staff took over 24 hours and led to me having to file a dispute with paypal to get a response. Heymrdj tried to help but he didn't have the necessary authority to help me. I think I was on Mercury as well. Don't really remember.
