How many of those are inactive and how many have you had to close? PS: I can only see 117 other sites hosted under 147.202.68.26 ... what other IP's do you use?

That's a lot of accounts to track!

That is very inaccurate. My first name server ip hosts 45 domains, as you can punch in Synced.org, however we host over 200 accounts on that ip. It does not look like that system accounts for sub domains when it does the whois.

no it doesn't, it's just a record of DNS zones across the net that point to the specified ip address, subdomains do not have dns zones.....

subdomains do not have dns zones.....

It has. Go to http://dnsreport.com and enter one of our subdomain - fc.jlu.jp .

Or this: http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=fc.jlu.jp

To be honest, most are inactive. Oh yeh we no longer use "147.202.68.26" as an IP to host websites on. We copied all accounts onto a new server.

Up until recently, we were hosting about 1200. It was getting out of hand, and due to spam over the last few days (some very serious issues recently occured) we are reorganizing and programming a new Synced panel that will help to deal with the flow. Also, this is 1200 accounts hand created over the past 4 years. (We manage 10 servers for Synced.org and its other private label hosting). Im most likely going to give away the panel free once it is done, as i'd like to see free hosting become more valuable and this panel will do just that. ttyl

On my free forum host WebringAmerica (http://www.webringamerica.com) we have around 800 forums hosted with us. Some of these are really active too.

subdomains have dns zones on the server where they reside, but not on the root servers, there's no point ....and root servers are the ones you query for reverse ip

We have a little over 77 accounts on one of our servers. And on our other servers contain paying customers who buy reseller hosting. We have about 3 people on that paid server. And our other server is a media server, we have 1 account on there so far.
