Want to sell small free host company

I have started a very small free hosting company, GomHosting (http://www.gomhosting.com), and don't have the time to keep watch over it. I am either looking for someone to buy it from me or to help run it. I have a reseller account paid for the next year and around 30 people hosted. This could be profitable if I were to put ads on, as right now there are none. If no one is interested in taking it from me I would like a few admins to help out. Pm or post here if interested.

As for me, I am always sadden that free web hosts are ending up this way. As much as possible I want them to continue and help the community not to disappear. But when I go and bring this topic to our group, I always receive negative remarks.

They can see no benefit in buying such websites since we already have a server to pay for and we don't need two different servers running parallel. They are not interested in buying a community because they want to respect the members. We have our own rules, if a member wants to be one of us, he must come to us voluntarily. Not all of the sudden we go to their community, take the administrative power and tell them to do this and do that. Eventually they will leave us and we are left with a community with no members.

The idea of selling is aimed at someone who is interested in running a company but has not yet made any commitments. So I was thinking someone would avoid starting their own by taking over mine. I am not trying to make a profit off of it, I am only looking to recover my initial investment. I am asking $350 as the reseller and domain is paid for the next 11 months.

The price looks a little expensive for a small free hosting company, maybe you could put your reseller plans features, how much space and bandwidth etc is currently being used each month then others will get a better idea of what they expect if they were thinking about buying your company.

Agreed. Considering so far you are saying this is a $0 income business. What's the PR? How much space are you using? How much did you pay monthly? Who is it hosted with? What control panel are you giving them? How much space? What hosting scripts? Where is your TOS? What are the sites hosted? Are they porn? Do you know?
