Does anyone know of a free PSD program that I can use to edit templates. Web templates and vbulletin templates as well. Thank you.

Photoshop is the only program that I know of, but you can get a free trial on http://photoshop.com

·The Setup detected that your CPU has HyperThreading enabled. This is known to cause lockups with certain buggy BIOSes. If GIMP appears to hang up while loading extension_script_fu, try to either upgrade your BIOS or disable HyperThreading in the BIOS setup.

you need to install some other program to run it (just crack photoshop:o)

the progs you need to install are GTK runtime libs, *nix has them by default .... GIMP is a *nix project originally, and has been ported to Windows
