Just want to say dont do busy with them

I signed up last month for base 3 reseller and well 12 days ago we got 10 days of downtime he said he will give us 2 months free if we stayed with them so i said we're think about it so i did and was going to stay with them! but today i got charged $19 for it so just now i talked to him on msn about it for a refund on the $19 he said no because they dont offer refunds but he still offered 2 months free he never asked if i wanted the 2 months free!! so guess i'v been screwed so im going to email paypal and see what they can do cos i'v only been with them a month and been paying for 8 different things! (bank statement) so something there is a scam so their

Evolution Webhosting is a must not do!

Chris.S i dont like scams i know many people who wanted you as a host but seems like you missed out! shame

Edit: Ok now i have contacted my bank and told be they they have OVERDRAWN my account!! thats a £6 FEE!! theres no way im paying it, give me my money back or let paypal do that for you!

Please go ahead and open a dispute. Read our tos we do not offer money back and we offered 2 months in compensation for the downtime which we are sorry for but you said you would have to ask your friend but no for the mean time. So sorry about the bank mabe you should know how much money you have before you spend it. Also canceling the paypal subscription helps since you didnt cancel it with our client management prgram.

Please go ahead and open a dispute. Read our tos we do not offer money back and we offered 2 months in compensation for the downtime which we are sorry for but you said you would have to ask your friend but no for the mean time. So sorry about the bank mabe you should know how much money you have before you spend it. Also canceling the paypal subscription helps since you didnt cancel it with our client management prgram.lol i knew how much was in there PLUS i said i would have to ask and i did i was going to tell you but before i could i get charged for that so thats why i got a overdraw on my account plus i tried to cancel it in my billing software but NO option for it so i canceled for it through paypal 2 days ago i dont know how i still get charged but i have and so now im pi**ed like mad! so if i was you stay out my way cos i dont want to spam fws because of a scamming company.

also you know im right thats why you blocked me on msn

Little harsh? heh ... 10 days of downtime, understandable he is mad

You cannot file a paypal dispute from intangiable goods (IE: hosting, which dosen't physically exist, it's a virtual service) So host, although the downtime isn't excusable, you will win.

Well i was told by paypal the last time that happened with another host they said i can so i may be able to if they say i can

If you cancelled the subscription, how were you charged?I dont know thats what im trying to find out and sort but we i do he just go to away on msn and there is no option to cancel in their billing software and canceling it through paypal didn't really help
