What the reseller gain if the account is adsupported? I think only experience not a single sent.

I think its up to the re-seller to ensure he only takes sites that will generate traffic. Unless of course like Krak_Joe, you are doing it for fun. I'm Re-selling just to work my way up and see if I can fit hosting into my lifestyle. Hopefully, I can build up a name for my two domains and take it from there.

I am still preparing one... actually I already have a dedicated server for it but the speed is a little bit slow with 10Mbps unmetered. So my reseller packages will only talk about how much space...Bandwidth?.. whatever.

1st fantastico is available to everyone on the server.
2nd I use adsense to support accounts, there are other advertiser schemes, users can have whatever ads they like, a REAL webmaster can make money without having to use adsense on thier sites, I am not a REAL webmaster, I know a hell of a lot about the linux environment, aswell as apache and it's administration, but couldn't write a decent website to save my life; not a bit.
People don't have money, and countless "companies" in the last few months ( since I have been watching ) have just dissapeared off the radar, I imagine this to be because of a lack of funds, well these reseller accounts are for those people, so like Vodka said, they can build up a name for themselves without spending any money.
I would also like to add, that I have not yet recieved any money at all from adsense since I started nearly 6 months ago, it no where near covers the cost of paying for a dedicated server; I do this to keep my mind active, I have been forced to give up full time work to look after my daughter, and it does that pretty well. Doing the adsense is like a competition I'm having with myself, just to see how viable it is to attempt what so many others are attempting, the only difference is, the money is in the bank already, I'm saving stupid amounts of cash on not going out friday and saturday nights and gettin drunk, and eating fast-food @ work everyday, infact, I save more than the money for the server in a single week!!!
There is no chance we are going anywhere, I'm proud of my little venture, and will keep it alive for ever ..... hozter is made of sweat, blood, and hard work, not some shabby business plan that is bound to fall apart, or slapped together by a teenager on thier holidays, I'm more than capable of administering this relatively small project having spent the last 3 years working for a multi-billion pound American corporate bank in thier Mortgage services department in the UK, as network administrator and IT support technician......
Have a nice day......

You idea it quite right but I again want you to concentrate on :
1. How you will force your resellers to let them force there customers to put ads in there website ? Don't say that you will request your resellers and they will request there account holders.
2. How you will regularly track if all of them had properly placed ads in there website ?
best of luck
