Hi, I'm new was wondering if anyone could recomend a good freehost with:
20MB Space
Full CGI-BIN with Perl 5
PHP
And if posible a small text link at the bottom, not a large ad. Could anyone recomend a couple of sites, preferably in english.

There is no such thing as a link at the bottom of the page.
loads of hosts ive been with have them, but they dont have cgi or any other scripting langs, just the very bare basics. But no cgi. Anywho, sorry took me so long to reply but my comp crashed the day after I posted this so I didnt get chance to check until now.

actually it wouldnt be, because it would load, and they would get the money for it, just your site wouldnt be intruded by it.

Yeah, but I thought banner ads only make money if someone clicks on them.

Not really...If you actually read the TOS like I said in the deleted post, it doesn't specify how long the ad must be displayed. It's still there...displayed and not disabled. :D
Btw...http://freehomepages.com puts a banner on the bottom...They've been around a (relatively) long time, too (2 years).

If you read our rules you would clearly see..
5. Discussions about how to cheat a free host or other services are not allowed. You are for instance not allowed to post questions about how to remove a banner or about how to host warez/illegal files on a free host.
Please don't post any information that violates our rules. We only have so much tolerance and we have a common sense clause. Even if it's not directly against the rules we can use our common sense to determine if it should be. Unless that hosting company knowingly agrees to let visitors hide their banners in any manner it violates our rules. Technicalities won't work here so don't even try to justify breaking the rules. Just learn from the mistake and move on.
