Virus warning!

Hey! Just got a virus and i though i'd quickly tell you all about it!
One of my freinds send me a message saying something like: Hey check this picture "Someurl", Lol haha. or something like that, then i clicked the link and suddenly AVG said i had a virus, then i started sending the message to everyone on msn! Please tell me how to get red of it?

Would someone please send me a list or screen shoot over programs windows uses and what start up files windows uses:)

I had this before; and it isn't your friends fault it happened. It's a stupid virus that does it automatically.

I un-installed my MSN, and re-installed it. Ran my spy sweeper, norton anti-virus, and all my virus/warez searchers, and cleaned out anything it found. And it worked fine after that.

It's an old virus.

i know, i also sendt it to a lot of people:( Luckily to the /all fuction in messenger plus i could tell them not to open it..

Ok, just uninstalled messenger. Please give me a list of the 6 best Anti spyware virus so on..

- Ewido

On i've downloaded SpyDoctor and SpySweeper and they both want money before they do anything:( Just so you know the virus is called Toolbar888pirate2

Oh, for SpySweeper I bought it at BestBuy. It isn't free. Sorry. Not sure about spy doc. though.

ok that.. but id didn't work, I searched under Remove toolbar888 or something. And this program come up called XoftspySE. And it worked fine!

got that too.. spy sweep and Xoftspy got rid of it!
