I'm sure people can offer support 27 hours a day, four days a week. If I were anyone, I would stay clear of this client. I was his host for about a year, and he was constantly complaining about mistakes he made himself. How he couldn't restart a service in cPanel. Offer full management if you want this guy, and expect him to use it.

Well, it was a long time ago, so I can't completely urge people from taking this client, he has probably grown up since this. Interesting collection of words you put together icester. I thiknk you paying for your server is standard, I'm not going to give it to you for free.
