Just because its got .co.il doesn't mean its hosted by Israel

i didn't say it's host it by israel, i'm just saying that the domain is israeili. I'm not trying to point to any assosiation here, i'm point to the conflict betwenn the domain extension and the content, no hidden agenda :)

Hmm, a domain extension has nothing to do with.....anything!

Seems it may be hosted in the U.S., not sure what purpose of the site is, but I have forwarded the information to the local FBI office here in Miami, FL.

the page is two years old, and here's the translation http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.4law.co.il%2Falqaeda15604.htm&langpair=ar%7Cen&hl=en&safe=off&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&prev=%2Flanguage_tools
it wont translate the message since it's an image, but what it's saying, is that, a group from alquaeda kiddnaped a this guy, who's an american, nad they are threating to kill him, if the saudi goverment doesn't release other alquaeda mebers "Our brothers - according to the text" from the prisonne, propably the website owner is related to that guy or something like that.
BTW many alqueda websites are hosted on angelfire and geocities

I highly doubt this style was popular in 1992, the creation of HTML and the popularity of the internet, sparked in 1991, only one year earlier, hardly enough time to establish a trend. While the internet was developed in the 50's and 60's, it was not the world wide web, or HTML, as created and popularized by the personal computer.
