I need a windows VPS hosting for a file sharing site.

I prefer that the space will be up to 30Gb and bandwith up 400GB

Just my 2 cents, but we have a few clients who do what your looking to do. Your best bet is go directly to a dedicated server. Those types of websites tend to grow very quickly, and moving your data over from a VPS to a dedicated server later on can be a handful.

Yeah, you should use a dedicated server for this case. VPS might not be to handle it all.

zend would be an optimizer you would install yourself unless you have a managed server then the company might cover that sort of thing.

what would the point be realy in vps id start on a dedicated server then when it gets busy start looking at server clustering

yes would definatley be better on dedicated server as you are not on shared hosting then u have all resorces availble to self

It is easy to manage a dedicated server ? because i will be busy on my work 4 days on a week .

if your sticking with windows it should be easy enough to manage to start with but when /if it gets poplar you would have to look into clustering servers so you would need help then
