As i stated in my prior sales thread, that i don't have much time to put into these sites now. I would have to sell it.

Custom design (I designed it myself)
Using phpLD 3.0.6
Also i can include phpld.us (My template Site) which contains all the templates which have a link back to domaining.in
Consider this, this will be a great investment. This will just carry your backlinks on all the templates.
