Does it check for file changes ? or it uploads same file again and again for the sake of backup.

I was going to include them but found window's timestamping to be inaccurate. Because of that, I was concerned that it might not properly detect changes to files.

I have removed incremental backups for now in order to ensure that the backups are always up to date. It will just overwrite any existing files with new files (assuming you're not using timestamps, in which case it will put each backup into a different folder).

I do plan on adding incremental backups in the future, as soon as I can be sure that it's accurate.
