Online game server(windows)

I am making a free online game and unfortunately I can't google any free servers. I really need one for my game but since I'm 16 I can't get a credit card. I am willing to put ads and splash screens supporting it and once my fan base grows I'll be able to gain donations. However, currently there is no way for me to make my game public and I hope someone's nice enough to help me out. Thank you.

The game I am trying to run is an MMORPG called Star Fantasy Unlimited. You can get more info about it at starfantasy.------------ and all I need to run it is for me to upload the files and start up the server. Also I am confused what are those numbers for?
