The cheapest server ever needed!

Hello webmasters and my dear friends!

I now need a very (dead) cheap server for my school's site! If you have an offer that is more than $24.99 dont make it here as I will be choosing Galaxy-Solutions.net service if I dont find in any here.

All I want is... (at least)
1.0GHz Processor
128MB RAM
5GB disc space (10GB if possible)
50GB bandwidth (100GB if possible)
Unlimited system resources
Root/Shell access
Any control panel (free or paid must be included in the price [no extra])


And the thing I am currently stressing is...
The server must be connected via atleast a 50Mbps connection to the internet.
The server must have atleast 98% anually.

I dont want any suugestion telling that I should take a VPS instead. I want an entire server. This is because its for my school and my school is ranked the #1. throughout India by various agencies (Bishop Cotton Boys' School).

I can offer 5mb and upwards amount of space for hosting with no shell/root access. Just hosting.

May I ask a couple of questions?

1) Why does it have to be a dedicated server? All you need is a few pages, ain't I correct? I'm sure if you have media (school pictures, galleries, videos) you can just get a large shared account.

2) Why can't you settle with a VPS, if a shared hosting account is DEFINENTLY! not good enough.

3) If your school is financing this server, why is their budget so low? School in Romania or something?

Well I dont know how true he is? Currently the site is hosted by net4india.com, a leading hosting company in India and is managed by PacSoft.

Well...our school's principal just changed so he wants the school's site to be managed by its students and not someother company. What my point here is that, I dont want to lose this chance of designing and hosting my school's site so, I want it in the least price cause other hosting companies charge on the basis of the number of pages and not the resources. So its about 10 cents per page. At the max, it may raise to about $50 per month. So I want to secure my chance of designing and hosting the site by firstly offering it for a very cheap price and then...its upto me and my friends to design it.
