I meant to say that what if I signup after 14th.......like I want to see your services like...how long you will stay. So, I mean that will you close the signup after 14th or if it will be paid after that ?

It's a free hosting offer and the accounts are not activated until Saturday because the server will not be ready before then.

No, signup continues, actually officially begins on the 14th, the plans don't change on the 14th as you are suggesting for some strange reason.
