AHPlace.com has been established for more than 7 months and has been improving over the course of it.

Aww man! the server is down. I was updating my site.

I believe they are installing DirectAdmin(I think). They announced over the past few days that they are working on DirectAdmin. So, cPanel cannot either be accessed and ftps.

Hope tomorrow everything will be back to normal.

Dear users,

Our main server (athena.ahplace.com) was down for almost more than 12 hours because our PSU stopped working. We told BurstNET to switch the PSU and it booted the server but everytime the server was rebooted, our server closes automatically. We are still investigating in this issue and will have the results/reason very soon by the techs at BurstNET. Due to our main server not being fixed in a timely matter, we have moved our hard drives into a temporary Celeron 2.4 GHz server to ensure that our users sites to be up while we resolve this issue. The nameservers has been changed back to ns1.ahplace.com and ns2.ahplace.com and should propragate within hours.

We are very sorry about this and we hope that nobody will leave us because of this.

Once again, we apologize for this and we are resolving the issue as fast as we can.

Please note that our secondary server (utopia.ahplace.com) has not been affected because of this.

well.. it's been almost a day since the downtime.. although i am not sure whether how long will this downtime continue!!

but i still cant access my site!

Can someone from the AHplace staff tell whether how long will this downtime be going??

All sites are currently up on the temporary server for athena.ahplace.com.

i am saying this sincerely.. i cant access tickets.ahplace.com and neither is anyone there in the live support.. plus my website http://hamza.ahplace.com is also inaccessible.. can someone really help me out on this?

K guys.. so since Rapid Premium is a huge project, it will still be some time before i publicly release it. Like, I mean, there is something that i feel is missing, but just dont know what???

So, can someone point it out? Cze, we have a CMS, forum, blog, proxy, etc. What else do we need?

ok.. so i can see that you can access my site.. but since i am still unable to access my own site.. or your site.. or the Cpanel.. i guess this must be the problem at my end.. maybe the ISP that i am using does not have an updated cache.. anyways.. thanks a lot for the info...
Although i changed my ISP by using a dial-up.. but cant access anything yet.. confused..

anyways.. thanks a lot for the help and support.. i guess i need to find a way around!

*EDIT*: is the cpanel accessible?

Okay that was weird. 10 minutes ago, I just succesfully logged-in to AHPlace.com but 10 minutes later..."Problem Loading Page." I tried refreshing and restarting my browser few times and still the thing. I check ither websites to see if my connection is the problem bu it isnt. I think AHPlace is down again. No worries though..I can wait.

I think they are putting back all their data to the main server now - this probably the reason of the downtime.

So, is the server back up? can we log in to our CPanel now? and if so.. is everything back to normal?
Although i can wait... cze i really like AHPlace and understand that they sometimes face bad downtimes.. but when they are back up.. they run like a breeze..

Anyways.. Otto, please post the announcement here when the server is back up and running normal!

Well, even i sent a ticket, got no response.. it's almost about to be 24hours and yeah.. is the server or the website down again?
