hi i sugest you reconsider this as cpanel wont run on 128mb ram the minimum recomended is 256mb so if you planning on hosting many sites on 128mb i cant see it happening

You are looking for a VPS with 256MB+ of ram for $10... if you find it, i'm sure the provider is overselling (Cpanel = 5-10$)
