TUGGO: We need Trac!

I am currently developing the new website management system, TUGGO. I have looked through a bunch of systems to manage it and I really think that Trac is the best. My current host doesn't support barely any of the things necessary for Trac to run and I have also spent forever trying to install it on the sourceforge servers. I am wondering what you guys would suggest for me to do so that I can get Trac for my new open source project....thanks! :-)

ok, i just read about Trac alot of things but couldn't understand something, maybe because i haven't eaten anythung since this morning, or i'm just too stupid to understand, could you explain to me what Trac is?

It's a python bug tracker / management system......

Why not just tell your host you wanna run trac and have them sort it out, or are you attempting to install / configure python and things on your own machine ?

No, trying to install it on my server but my host want money for it which I am trying to avoid. Any other ideas?
