Well... I don't know what to say :?
First of all - tables. They're the best part of your site - clean & clear (oh sh*t ! my face ! [...] nevermind...).
Next - top logo. Imo there's no need to make sth better, because it's only information site, so nobody wont take notice what's there on the top ;) Or will ?...
And in the end - your slogan. Well, you wanted to invite everyone to scroll down and read the rest. It isn't bad idea, but in my point of view it's still not as much visible as it could be. I can't tell you now what you should change there, so try it yourself :)
