You could ask them to move you to a different server, it might be specific to you server.

Yeah I agree, you shoudl atleast try and get intouch with the admin, or a representative before you go overboard and want your money back.

Netfirms is VERY slow, and I don't think it's a server problem because there's just been too many people complaining about it. Glad I only paid $10 for the whole plan, or else I might have shot myself.
