nice colors. i like the dark blue background
the block of text at the right side in the dark blue background is lower than the block of text in the left side. ( viewing in opera )
it will be good if they are of the same level.
the three columns at the bottom are ok.

yes, this block is lower than the left one :) (no matter where will you view, cause it's an image :P)
but later i'll try to make it at one level :)

Could use a bit more color, but good so far.

nice design colours go well lol that globe image gets around on the web.
but it looks quite image intensive for the poor minority still on dial up.
