Asp

I'm going to buy some webspace. The host has more or less everyting i need the only thing dont have is asp support. I have a pretty simple site and i realy dont know what asp does. Will i really need it for anything??? What is asp used for?????

Secondly..... i want to put phpbb2 on my site is it easily customizable for someone who who has practically no knowledge of php???

if you have no plans on using asp then you really don't need it, but if you wanted to run something you could find a script that used php that does the same thing.


I have not used phpBB2 but if its like the older one it is not to hard to setup and use.

phpBB2 is very easy to setup and use

ASP is another server scripting language. So, if you have no plans for using ASP (or don't know what it is), you won't need it.

I have never set up phpbb2, but I would assume the installer is easy to follow and use.
