Cutenews Help

Does anyone know how I can change the background color on Cutenews 1.4.1? I want my page www.vistax.net/sitenews/show_news.php to have a #E2E9FB background. My friend told me a while back that I can do it by making a new page embedding the show_news file or something. I did that on www.technomaniapride.com/news/news.php but that code is messed up now and I forgot how the original one worked.

Any help would be much appreciated.
