The proxy is a PR4 webproxy (http://www.AnonymousCamp.org)and is easily useful where .com or .net domains are not allowed since it is a .org. Anonymous Camp is using PHP Proxy (http://www.AnonymousCamp.org)Script and I have tried my very best to make it userfriendly.

Please review how do you like the website and what kind of changes it needs.

Don't URL plug so much, one link is fine. It's nice, simple, straight to the point, but the background doesn't go with the design.

Being a fellow web proxy webmaster, I will be more critical on your design then. The website is basically the default layout for PHProxy except for the background colours. Other than that, there's nothing much to comment in terms of design.
