CC is a country code TLD (http://www.iana.org/cctld/cctld-whois.htm) and the owning countries dictate the price
so those are going to be pretty much the same minimum between
every registrar out there.

Top level TLDs (non-country) such as .COM, .NET, .ORG, etc are not as
price fixed as country codes so you can shop around a bit for those.
